While this mixture is fine enough for most shakers, some people like their seasonings to be super-fine. If you who want a super-fine seasoning mixture, you may be able to grind the mixture down some, if you have a fine enough grinder blade.
Will fill an 8.4 ounce seasoning shaker. You may have more or less, depending on your own modification of the recipe and how fine the spices are you use.

Hot? Leave out the Basil, Onion Powder, Oregano and Rosemary, Increasing the Chili Powder, Chipotle Powder, and Paprika to 1 Tbsp each. Add 2 tsp. Red Pepper (or Habanero Pepper if you are daring).
I shake on about 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp, of this mixture, per 1 lb of ground meat. When I’m grilling, I lightly sprinkle this on steaks and chops.
Use more, for more flavor; Less for less flavor.
For Tacos, use 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp, of this mixture, per 1 lb of ground meat plus an additional teaspoon of Cumin.
If I need a little extra energy, I’ll eat about 1/8 tsp and wash it down with water.
